Scope of Work:

Eco-friendly demolition of outdated landscaping and hardscape to prep for new features, including a future orchard.
Site grading and elevation work to establish multiple terraces, a level lawn area, and pool/spa excavation.
Installation of a robust drainage solution to eliminate standing water and support long-term landscape health.
Complete irrigation system designed for efficiency and tailored watering needs across lawns, citrus trees, planters, and vegetable beds.
Construction of 5 Keystone Legacy retaining walls, waterproofed and capped with Bella Vista California wall caps.
Addition of 3 custom stucco walls with integrated French drains to match the home's finish.
Certified gas line installation servicing the pool, BBQ, and fire pit.
Nearly 1,000 square feet of colored concrete with Omaha Tan color and Topcast finish.
Reinstallation and expansion of existing brickwork and handcrafted Mexican tile steps.

2. Carmel Valley Courtyard Design/Build Renovation

This comprehensive design/build landscape renovation project in Carmel Valley transformed an existing basic outdoor space into a sophisticated courtyard oasis.
